		<description>It&#039;s a strange world where calling a German a German is considered racist.  Of course to call a non-German a German is definitely a big insult, and a racist one at that!  The German complainant did not, however, seem to object to being called an idiot, no doubt because he realises the truth.  So what part of &quot;You German idiot&quot; is false?</description>
